SMC Sheet Production
Alita operates a self-designed 1.25m wide fully automated SMC production line, combining proprietary high-performance resins with premium glass fibers to provide the most stable prepreg sheets for downstream molding.
SMC Production Workflow
From raw materials to finished products, 6 precision stages ensure the stability of every roll.

Film Laying
Automated laying of high-strength PE film to provide a stable carrier for resin coating.

Resin Coating
Precision metering system applies resin paste evenly, with thickness controlled at ±0.05mm.

Fiber Settlement
Chopping blades cut fiber into 25-50mm segments and settle them evenly onto the resin layer.

Roller Wetting
Multiple groups of wetting rollers apply pressure to force resin into every fiber filament.

Composite Winding
Top and bottom film layers composite with fiber to form a sandwich structure and auto-wind.

Constant Temp Curing
48-72 hours of reaction in a maturation room to reach optimal molding viscosity.
Wetting & Physical Compositing
The core of SMC sheet lies in 'wetting'. Alita's line is equipped with multiple sets of progressive wetting rollers, through precision adjustment of line pressure to force resin paste between fiber filaments.
- Precise Fiber Content: Electronic weighing system monitors fiber proportion in real-time (25%-50%).
- No Air Inclusion: Negative pressure induction technology ensures no residual bubbles during physical compression.
- Customizable: Options for continuous mat reinforcement or local fabric reinforcement.

Sanitary Ware SMC
Developed for integral bathrooms, shower bases, bathtubs and wall panels — low shrinkage, moisture-resistant, excellent surface finish.
For shower bases, bathroom wall panels and bathtub substrates — low shrinkage, good surface finish
For shower bases, bathroom wall panels and bathtub substrates — ultra-low shrinkage (≤0.05%), precise dimensions
For SMC sanitary ware components — V0 flame retardant, moisture resistant
For integral bathrooms and sanitary structural parts — heat resistant, balanced mechanical properties
For shower bases, bathtubs and bathroom wall panels — V0 flame retardant, durable structure
Constant Temp Storage & Maturation
SMC is an 'active' semi-finished product. We are equipped with modern maturation rooms and cold storage (15-20℃) to ensure optimal viscosity before molding.
Full Cold Chain
Storage and transport recommended below 25℃, away from light.
3-6 Months Shelf Life
Providing long and stable storage cycles through optimized resin systems.
