Ambient Cure System
BUTANOX M-50 (MEKP) and TRIGONOX V388 are industry-standard initiators for hand lay-up, spray-up, RTM, and gelcoat applications, delivering stable cure profiles at ambient temperatures.
Elevated Temp Cure System
ALITA TBPO, designed for 60–80°C elevated cure, is ideal for filament-wound pipes, CIPP trenchless rehabilitation, and engineered quartz. ALITA BCHPC also suits acrylic solid surface and CIPP applications.
High Temp Cure System
ALITA TBPO and ALITA BCHPC meet the demands of pultrusion and compression moulding for high-temperature rapid cure, providing reliable initiation efficiency above 100°C.

Core Curing Agent Products
BUTANOX M-50
Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide (MEKP). The most widely used ambient cure initiator, suitable for hand lay-up, spray-up, RTM, and gelcoat.
TRIGONOX V388
An optimized peroxide formulation, complementary to BUTANOX M-50, for the same ambient cure processes and vinyl ester resin systems.
ALITA BPO-50F
Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO) powder for bulk casting, anchoring, chemical anchors, liner, and floor coating applications.
ALITA BPO-75W
BPO 75% water-dispersed paste for liner coatings, floor coatings, and acrylic road marking. Improved safety profile.
ALITA BW-50
Provides stable and fast ambient cure initiation for anchoring, chemical anchors, liner, and floor coating applications.
ALITA TBPO
Tert-Butyl Peroxybenzoate covering elevated to high-temperature cure. The key initiator for centrifugal casting, winding, RTM, continuous lamination, CIPP, pultrusion, and compression moulding.
ALITA BCHPC
1,1-Di(tert-butylperoxy)cyclohexane for CIPP rehabilitation, acrylic solid surface, pultrusion, and compression moulding.
