Industrial Square Profiles
FRP Square Tubes are advanced composites produced by saturating continuous glass fibers with specialty resins and wrapping them in glass cloth before pultrusion through heated dies. With up to 65% fiberglass content, these tubes offer superior strength and spanning capability compared to traditional materials like aluminum.
Their closed box-section design provides excellent resistance to twisting and bending, making them essential for high-load structural frames and support systems.
Corrosion Resistance
95% hardness retention in HCl and 89% in NaCl solutions.
Thermal Stability
Maintains properties from -60℃ up to 186℃ deformation point.
Dimensional Accuracy
Extremely low deformation rate (+0.03% to -0.07%) over 1000h.
Structural Integrity
Tensile strength 150-300MPa with high bending retention (78%).
