Fiberglass solid rods (FRP rods) represent a major advancement in structural composite materials. By utilizing a continuous pultrusion manufacturing process, continuous fiberglass rovings are drawn through a premium resin bath and pulled through a heated die, resulting in a completely solid circular profile with extraordinary longitudinal strength.
Their inherent resistance to harsh chemicals, non-conductivity, and excellent lightweight-to-strength ratio make them far superior to traditional steel, aluminum, or wood counterparts—especially in heavy-duty commercial scaffolding, marine infrastructure, and extreme electrical insulation environments.
