Wetting & Physical Compositing

The core of SMC sheet lies in 'wetting'. Alita's line is equipped with multiple sets of progressive wetting rollers, through precision adjustment of line pressure to force resin paste between fiber filaments.

  • Precise Fiber Content: Electronic weighing system monitors fiber proportion in real-time (25%-50%).
  • No Air Inclusion: Negative pressure induction technology ensures no residual bubbles during physical compression.
  • Customizable: Options for continuous mat reinforcement or local fabric reinforcement.

SMC is an 'active' semi-finished product. We are equipped with modern maturation rooms and cold storage (15-20℃) to ensure optimal viscosity before molding.
